Note: The official Club year commences on 1 July and lasts for the following 12 months ending on 30 June the next year. Monthly Club meetings are held on the first Thursday of the month and prospective members can only join at the said meetings. The Club is run and operated on a non-profitable basis. A percentage of revenue earned at race meetings is earmarked for donations to charitable institutions. To be eligible to vote at the AGM, you must be a current member.
